Why are you so down?

Psalm 42:5
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.

The ancient king David was feeling less than good one day. "Why do I feel so down? Why the turmoil inside me? Don't allow yourself to be overly critical.

HOPE IN GOD. Put your hope in God instead of yourself. You can trust Him. Change your heart and mind by praising Him.
